• Upload illegal content: No images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Violate copyrights: Only upload images you own or have permission to use
• Generate harmful content: No attempts to create misleading, harmful, or inappropriate images
• Abuse the service: No automated uploads, spam, or attempts to overload our systems

This means you can freely use your generated images for personal or commercial purposes, but we retain the right to the AI-generated content for our own purposes (such as improving our service).

• Each token allows one AI image transformation
• Tokens do not expire, but your account and data are subject to our retention policy
• Failed generations due to technical issues will not consume tokens
• Refunds are not available for purchased tokens

• Generated images are not intended for professional use without verification
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed to match your exact expectations
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content
• Use generated images at your own discretion and risk

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical issues
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
• Generation times may vary based on system load and complexity
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

We may terminate or suspend accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service
• Upload inappropriate or illegal content
• Abuse or attempt to exploit our service
• Engage in fraudulent payment activities

You may delete your account at any time through your settings page. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed.

How'd I Look is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unsatisfactory results.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for tokens in the past 12 months.
